Suspended Coffee Will Warm You Better

Image
Hello! Miss me? No? Okay, moving on. Come up with new story that I want to tell you about coffee. Ain't nobody like coffee unless you are a hardworking or workaholic person, and yes you should continue reading this. This story will warm you better than a coffee in a cold winter day: "We enter a little coffeehouse with a friend of mine and give our order. While we're approaching our table two people come in and they go to the counter - 'Five coffees, please. Two of them for us and three suspended' They pay for their order, take the two and leave. I ask my friend: 'What are those 'suspended' coffees?' 'Wait for it and you will see' At this point, I also start wondering, what is suspended coffee or we call it as ' kopi tergantung ' in Bahasa? Huh? Please people, avoid direct translating or you will ruin your grammar and your whole life. Some more people enter. Two girls ask for one coffee each, p

It has been ages since my last post. What was the title? I can't remember it either. Being a big exam candidate is the worst. Since 1st January, this is my first time I got a chance to write something in my blog. Well you know, homework, books, pen and all that stuff, pretty sure I already get used to it by now. Anyway, story time!  On 6th February, (Stanian hosteler already knew about this) Okay, aspuri najihah hari tu adakan majlis perpisahan untuk Puan Normaya, our Ketua Warden. Bersara daripada Ketua Warden. And of course senior kena handle majlis tu. Saya punyalah perah otak fikirkan aturcara majlis (I was supposed to be the emcee with Nadia) And.. tink! Masa majlis dah nak mula, our PK HEM dah sampai dengan dua anak angkatnya, but suddenly, something happened. One of our junior (form 1) kena r****k. I believe any hosteler tahu apa yang berlaku. Ini adalah kes biasa di asrama. Senior semua kelam kabut pergi bilik sakit untuk selesaikan kes. Semua batch saya d

[ Previous story ] 9 Mac ( Friday ) Lot of different things happened because- Closing Ceromony! We have tons of trophies that we need to bring from school. Poor Qilah. I wonder how she handled the pain of sharp edges hugging 2 trophies. We moved back to the stadium. Muslims have their Friday's prayers. So, we girls get to rest for 2 hours at noon, quite long. Sitting at our hidden space and casually listened to radio. We felt extra hungry that noon since we skipped breakfast to sort the trophy. Plus, no food and drinks provided to us, the other committee responsible for it just went back without giving us the food. What baffled us was when a Muslim guy who sat in front of us that noon, instead of performing Friday's prayers. We were really curious didn't he feel ashamed of himself for not fulfilling his duty? I asked Sham to turn the radio's volume louder (DJ played prayer's preach) but that guy just ignored it and went sleeping. What the hell?  There wa

Fun week for me, Sham, Qilah, Zati, Syud, Nad, Syuhainah and Bella. All of us won't be attending school and face monthly test like other students. Instead, we will skip the whole school's week, walk all day long, do revision on our own and answer test at night. Because we have new task waiting for us at Stadium Tunku Abdul Rahman. Our school has been chosen to be a part of committee for  Sports Championship Seremban 1. Sounds fun if we could take out the test part. 5 Mac ( Monday ) We did some sorting first for medals at 7 AM, accordingly to sports event that will take place in each day. Shouting to each other to find the right medal. Lucky for us, we did it at a hidden space, far away from crowd, or else we'll look like sellers at the night market. "Bang, medal 2 seringgit!". It was scorching hot for me because I wore a complete prefect uniform since I was tasked to   be a medal attendee. First day technically gave culture shock to all of us. Coming from o
